love happens when we choose to keep going

Baby, Valentine’s Day is over. The candy’s half-eaten, the flowers are already leaning sideways, and real life is back at the door knocking like it owns the place.

Good.

Because love was never meant to be a one-day performance. Love is daily reps. Love is showing up when nobody claps. Love is choosing kindness when you’re tired, grace when you’re cranky, courage when you’d rather hide.

You cannot give what you do not have — so fill your tank on purpose. Fill your thank tank. Fill your joy tank. Fill your hope tank. Sit with Jesus long enough to remember who you are and Whose you are.

No hugs available? That’s fine — you know I speak fluent coffee, sarcasm, fist bumps, and “tell me what’s really going on.” Love doesn’t have to look soft to be real; sometimes it looks like standing shoulder to shoulder and refusing to quit.

Jesus loves you perfectly — not just yesterday, not just when you feel lovable, but right now, today, in the ordinary middle of things.

So shake off the glitter, straighten your crown (yes, you’ve got one), and get back in the game.

Love isn’t over.

It’s just getting started.
