know-it-some is the goal of the day

Baby, read.

Section image

Read on paper.

Read on a screen.

Listen while you walk.

Borrow someone else’s brain for a while.

Because here’s the quiet truth: the universe is vast, and you are gloriously unfinished.

That’s not an insult. That’s oxygen.

There are galaxies of things you don’t know yet — and that’s good news. It means there is still wonder ahead of you. It means God is not done expanding your heart.

So stand steady.

Build your foundation deep.

And then go exploring.

Learn what is true.

Notice what draws you closer to the throne.

Pay attention to what softens you and what hardens you.

Keep what builds love.

Release what builds walls.

Curiosity is not weakness. It is humility in motion.

Listen to someone you usually dismiss.

Learn from someone who challenges you.

Let Jesus hold the tension while you grow.

You don’t have to know it all.

You get to discover.

And that is a mercy.

Now go read something that stretches you.

Go sing loud.

Go bring your people along the narrow path — not by dragging, but by shining.
