Say YES today.
Not the flimsy yes that people toss around to be polite. Not the exhausted yes that means “I guess so.”
The real one.
The kind that comes from the strange and stubborn truth that Jesus already said YES to you — loudly, completely, sacrificially — and nothing in heaven or earth can unsay it.
I spend a lot of my days saying no. No to bad nonsense. No to things that waste time.
And no matters. Boundaries matter. Wisdom matters.
But every once in a while a moment shows up that deserves a holy YES.
Yes to Jesus. Yes to conversation. Yes to courage. Yes to the strange little opportunities God drops in front of you when you weren’t paying attention.
So today, just today, let YES be the prayer on your lips.
Not perfect. Not polished. Just willing.
The Holy Spirit is very good at working with that.
